Should Canada use the First Past The Post (FPTP) system or must a candidate receive a majority of the votes?

FPTP is fine - as long as the candidate gets more votes than any other candidate he should be declared the winner

FPTP is NOT fine - in order to be declared the winner the candidate should be required to recieve a majority of the votes cast
