I don't think you understand how the internet works.
First of all, you cannot vote multiple times from one IP address. (Or rather, one device.)
You can, however, vote more than once if you use more than one device.
So for example, if I had a laptop and a phone, I could vote from both devices.
Second of all, this poll is hosted by Polldaddy, and the actual "contest" is being held on another website. So, theoretically, yes. You can view the results of this poll and also vote in this poll on two different websites. But again, you can only vote once per IP address unless the vote didn't go through and you had to try again. Even so, it would only count one vote.
Now, let's talk about Tumblr. I actually burst out laughing when I read that. Tumblr is a social networking site. You cannot vote/"cheat" via Tumblr. You can however, share the link to this poll so that your friends are able to see it, which is what I did. Once you post a link on Tumblr, other people are capable of "reblogging" it (sharing it) with their followers.
The common misconception seems to be that Benedict is winning because the Sherlock fandom is "cheating" or "ballot-stuffing," and I assure you that this is the talk of idiots. First of all, this is a simple poll. The fandom would gain nothing by cheating. In fact, about half of this fandom voted for Booth. Secondly, it's not exactly possible to cheat unless one used multiple devices to vote, and even then, it's really not worth the effort.

@Cindy Okay I never comment on things like this but I think I think you're kind of missing the point of this poll. It's the most crushworthy right? That's not just about looks. Go and watch Sherlock then come back here and tell me that you don't find that man atractive. Do you think girls fawn over him on looks alone? He's old enough to be a lot of our fathers. But it's not all about looks. It's the way he plays his role that captivates such a large amount of people. I don't think I've ever been moved so deeply by a show as I have Sherlock. And that's why I voted for him over Booth (I also watch Bones, and greatly enjoy it, just not as much as Sherlock).
