Just sent him back to china , whatever extreme merits still mannerism counts.
Waste of money ,effort and good intentions be firm on your judgement. Are we supporting ill-mannered people in singapore, waste of public money. Grooming rude foreign talent and denying singaporean at large, I think a person still need a good character than good grades.
Be wise not foolish in your choice of individuals.

Why should we pay for him. If he is that good then he should not have said such thing ... so he has no brain ... wonder how he got this scholarship ?? MOE should seriously screen/filter such 'rubbish' before giving scholarship. Taxpayer money should be used properly, should not use on ungrateful people. He should ask himself why this incident happened ... well it is because Singapore is flooded by his own people from PRC !!! Should revoke his scholarship immediately.

This is an ungrateful dog who bites the hand that feeds it, so what's the use of continuing supporting such dog??!! Find your own food then if you are really THAT good. What's the point of apologising after giving such comments? Does it help? If it does, then I'm sorry for calling you an ungrateful dog... Did that "sorry" settle everything? Nope....

Such an ingrate! If only he's aware that he vividly describes himself and he belongs to the pack of dogs! Yes, I'm not denying that some Singaporeans behave unruly, but please use your brain and dnt typecast everyone in Singapore! You're out of your cage and you're meeting your kind! You're educated, so be rational abt it! You're an embarrassment to your Countrymen!

The reason he posted an apology, is due to public’s request to revoke his scholarship.
If the publics did not call for revoke, do you think he will still post an apology on his social net?

By his re-action on what he posted on his social net had obviously shown that, he does not appreciate the scholarship that Singapore given to him and taken it as granted. In addition, his apology was not sincere and it is not truly from bottom of his heart.
When a person truly felt regret of what they done, they will take immediate action the following day, why would he waited for so long and after so many publics feedback to revoke his scholarship, THEN he posted an apologies. Isn’t that is obvious, he was doing it un-willingly and was left with no choice that he had to do it.

Even he just wants to rant at his social net at those uncles who treated him, in a bad manner.
Alright, go ahead rant at them. I believe every human, when something bad happened, they start venting, ranting, grumbling, scolding BUT are there a need to drag in others? Is not as if he drags in one or two people. He drags in the whole Singaporeans. Is that the right way of moral education?

If we let him go this time, other PRC will believe that if they just said the word "Sorry" case will close and next time more PRC will come out with more mean word to hurt singaporean. If his scholarship not revoke that mean NTU is siding with Foreigner....

Since you disrespect we fellow Singaporeans then please go back to your China. Why should our government use we tax payers money to fund your university studies?

MOE must investigate the matter thoroughly.

Is an apology and removing the post sufficient on the part of NUS Provost? It's tax-payer's funding and Singaporean's dignity at hurt.

It's ok for him to comment as those people who came from china are worse than dogs! For their people, men work as cheap labours and woman work as sex slaves in Singapore.

It takes a dog to tell another a dog. This is a typical ungrateful dog that bites the hand of the giver. This dog deserves to be shot. So much education, what's shame, no brain. We don't need to sponsors such ungrateful dogs, better spend our tax payer money on our low income family.
