Who Benefits In A Brook Lopez For Monta Ellis Based Trade?

How does this make sense for either team? The Warriors have a similar player to Lopez in Lee and do have talent at center with Biedrins, who is young and just a short time ago was an up and coming center, plus Udoh and Jeremy Tyler, who while raw has a ton of potential; meanwhile, the only decent player in their back court other than Ellis is Curry, who is injury-prone - his replacement would be Brandon Rush for goodness sake. Klay Thompson has some talent, but has a small forward body, a position they are also sorely lacking in talent at.

It makes even less snese for the Nets. The only talent the Nets have is at point and shooting guard, with Williams, Morrow and Brooks, not to mention that they have the starting SG from last year's champion, DeShawn Stevenson, and the still talented Jordan Farmar; so why in the world would they trade their one good frontcourt player for another back court player? When Lopez was out, their STARTER at center was Sheldon friggin' Williams, backed up by Johan friggin' Petro!! I also would think that would end the Howard talk, as Orlando would want a center replacement and Lopez is as good as they can probably get.

I just don't see it at all, especially from the Nets perspective.
