At the end of the day the boy is still 14.. .His aware and oriented.... But his a child... He needs to be evaluated and put6 under close super vision... What will you all wait 4 yrs and charge his as an adult???Or charge this 14 yr old boy as a adult now?? Is that what his mother will really want for him?? Its not a mistake granted but its no way you can charge this child as an adult.

YES HE SHOULD BE TRIED AS AN ADULT BECAUSE HE KNEW PLAIN AND SIMPLE WHAT HE WAS DOING, NO MATTER HOW HARD HIS MOTHER TRIED TO SAVE HIM ' HE WAS DETERMINED TO JOIN A NO NONE SENSE GANG AND JUST LIKE HE KILLED HIS MOTHER IN COLD BLOOD HE WILL DO THE SAME TO SOME ONE ELSE NO MATTER WHAT .
