Why do you think Lost was ultimately so polarizing despite its undoubted quality?
The non-linear story was too complex for many viewers.
The first 3 seasons were so much better than the rest.
They "copped out" by not giving us the answers.
The answers were complex and not simple like on most other tv shows.
We still don't know WTF was going on.
People formed opinions early on in the series and come rain or shine nothing will change their minds
What about the polar bear?
