I think you're right, Paul. It's just the mentality that these business tycoons have engrained in them. The clubs need them to survive off the field; but at the same time these guys are killing them with constant changes on the field. Got to either strike a great balance, or very lucky if you're going to succeed with these sugar daddies.
I feel sorry for Juan Mata. The guy no-longer has a lookalike at the club!

Unfortunately teams like Chelsea, Man City etc who have bought their way to the top of the league shall always expect instantaneous results. The men who buy / own these teams are very successful and aggressive business men and expect results as quickly on the pitch as they see in their board room (or oil fields).
I don't like Chelsea however a man of the obvious quality of AVB should be given the opportunity to make his mark on the team. Yes he has had a few pish results, which no Chelsea fan would be impressed with, however 27 games is probably a little unfair!
