THG shows that how the human race can become it shows something so normal, reality TV and takes to the extreme. 24 kids killing each other, yes makes people go WTF, but I mean the human race is so corrupt it shows a world that could happen, it's set in the future and well come on those are always better.
It shows that if people are given too much power that the can make life bad for everyone else.
Also in terms of Love triangles, Twilight Edward leaves and she goes back into his arms like nothing happened, I mean how believable is that so annoying. Also when this does happen it is clear who she will end up, there is no love triangle Bella will always chose Edward.
Also in terms of writing Suzzanne Collins is way better than um I don't even know her name, my bad.
Look if you think twilight is better then look up Alex's reads twilight on YouTube and tell me the same thing. I loved it for a year when I was like thirteen the only people who like it are 13 or 14 year old girls, and if you do like it and you are not that age then there is something really wrong with you. The only good thing about twilight was the Bree spin off and I felt bad she died, but I couldn't care less about anyone the characters. As for the films they are slowly getting worse with me getting thrown out in breaking dawn for laughing too loud ( I was dragged along by one my friends sisters)
Hunger Games, it has so much more meaning it shows what true sacrifice is about, the basic idea may not be great, but you have to look deeper into the story. I doubt Bella would put her life on the line for anyone. Katniss is a strong female character and well she loves her family and will do anything for them.
The love triangle your always guess, I prefer Peter and that is because he is like the perfect guy. Gale has too much fire, and that's what makes katniss decided who she wants to be with she needs someone like Peter who is different to her, not gale, but she makes that choice near the end of the third book and you're spending all three wondering who she will be with.
I have seen the movie four times and it is a bloody brilliant film I love everything about it. I went with my brother and although he not a fan of romance he loved it because it has the action in which guys love.
So these are my reason to why The Hunger Games are better than Twilight, Twilight I have to say is one of the stupidest stories I have ever read, there is no point to it. It does not show anything, just how stupid a girl can be over a guy who hurts her all the time, the only real character in there is Jacob, so that's me done.

Is Twilight so ahead?? :/ By the way Max who commented a couple days ago, The Hunger Games is aabout MUCH more that just killing other teenagers. -_- THG has plenty of themes and lessons. I think it is warning us about what could happen in the future if we let it. Also, Katniss sacrifices herself for a LOT of people... She never wanted to be a hero or lead a rebellion but she did it for the people she loved. I haven't read the Twilight books, so I can't say anything bad about them. They just sound so.... Ugh. You won't see me reading them. Or watching the movies.

Oh and Katniss sacrificed herself for her sister for 15658828 times. Yes, that was a random number I typed in. But Katniss whent through lot of torture for Prim. And no offence, but I don't want to be a vampire. I don't care if I get super abilities. I don't want to live on earth forever. Don't vampires basically have no souls? You die, you cease to live. That's...creepy. I would have liked Twilight a whole lot better if they became mortal and lived happily ever after.
Oh and have casualties (on the good guy side) in their vampire fights. Yeah.

I mean, who wants to read a book or watch a movie about a sparkling emo who loves a creepy girl with no friends but won't have sex with her until shes married then she gets pregnant and almost dies, when you can read or watch the HUNGER GAMES??? Like, the Hunger games is an amazing series, and each one had me crying. The only time I cried in twilight, was when it was over.
Twilight is OVER, people! The Hunger Games has sooo much more heart and soul that we can relate to, opposed to sparkly vampires and glorified dogs fighting over a girl with the emotions of a wet sponge!!
