This is a good trade. We trade an old man (Derek Fisher) for someone young that can backup Andrew Bynum (Jordan Hill)+we got Ramon Sessions now baby.
Jordan Hill is going to improve as a Laker (get decent numbers), who doesn't want to be a Laker?

Mitch Kupchek is a jerk. Derek Fisher should have stayed until he retired. He got rid of him once before. I really thought that the Lakers top people understood how valuable he really is. I am not sure the rest of the team can win without him, they didn't when he was gone those 3 years & he took Utah to the Western Conference Finals. Kupchek should be shot, or at least fired!
