Should brand new sellers without tokens be allowed to post here?

I agree with duhnay. Everyone is new at some point, and experience, unfortunately is not a guarantee of anything. Everyone should be responsible for checking feedback, trusting their instincts, and proceeding with care.

I agree with msidarose. I think that there are many good sellers that are starting out and shouldn't be judged just because some users in the past made these foolish decisions. I do however think you should still list the fact that they are new. That helps a lot seeing that reminder that they are new. Ultimately, everyone should be checking feedback for themselves and using common sense when purchasing. I always check tokens and everyone should be checking for themselves and then deciding what they want to do. I do not think we should penalize those that have never sold/bought/swapped before just because they have no tokens...we all had to start at zero at some point and build up our feedback. I also think its a good idea to NOT GIFT payments to new users just in case they do turn out to be shady or what have you, you will be protected through paypal if invoiced, but not if you gifted, again, the use of common sense. :D

I am okay with new users posting because to judge all by the few bad apples is not the way to go. Just make it posted somewhere that there are no tokens for them yet and let the buyer make their own choice of whether to purchase from the seller or not.
