If we had to wait for Dunderdale to say anything to Harper I would suspect we have to wait until the next ice age. It is obvious that if Harper told Dunderdale to lie down, roll over and play dead she would do it rather than jeopardize losing the Federal loan guarantee for Muskrat Falls.
