I like this version with just Sookie's POV. It's new for you and I like how you're writing this, I think it gives you a great opportunity to work on this writing style.

I like not knowing what is going on in Erics head. We still get to find out some key things from what he tells Sookie and from others especially Pam, but not having access to his secrets puts us more in Sookie's position of trying to understand him from what he says, not what he knows. I vote keep it SPOV. Loving the story, thanks.
