My vote is for someoneelse. As far as leadership goes I like Johnathan Joseph. I realize Cushing is a popular choice but I look at play, smarts, and ability. On the back end of the defense J. Joe gives you all that.. Maybe people look at his short term here but leadership is a position that is assumed not appointed and certainly not a popularity vote.
