What happened to the Combines Act? Where has all the competition gone?
I think that it is a bad thing for farmers and the fertilizer industry because Agrium and a couple of others control the fertilizer industry from Manufacturing to the farm. If it meant cheaper prices but I don't think that it will.
It is just a bad thing to have happen.
