This so-called police officer is a disgrace and his Superiors are no better. The RCMP continues to exercise their distain for doing anything correct. I have never in my life time seen so many of their Officers disgraced but yet they continue to be suspended with pay! Fire him and all of the Top Brass. Our National Police Force unfortunately has become the laughing stock instead of the once revered.
