Will the finance ministers favor the European Commission or Chancellor Merkel?
They’ll side with the European Commission for sure. Merkel is just too stubborn.
I think they’ll go with Merkel’s suggestion because she makes several good points.
I don’t think they’ll reach an agreement at all.
