I believe Hone is just running it for fun and not to compete. He had hip surgery last year and from what I hear it is still giving him a lot of problems. Bummer because he used to be an animal in the mountains.
Ben Lewis is out, he's got a stress fracture in his foot. I am also "iffy" with a bit of neuritis in my left foot. We'll see. thanks to all that voted for me here, way to have faith in the old man. :-)

So many good runners are showing up Saturday. I think it will be a sprint to the finish to crown this years champ.
