Will you keep farming on more FarmVille farms?

LOST: Mom, sister, wife, husband, grandma...Last seen on their virtual farm. Missed by family, pets (the ones that shed real hair) and real life friends....Mr. Pincus has turned you into puppet slaves to line his own pockets.

Imagine what the world could be if instead of playing this game, all the farmers were planting real gardens, volunteering in real animal shelters, reading books to children, volunteering in classrooms.....we would all be richer---and healthier---- in so many ways instead of just Mr. Pincus and company.

This game OWNS you---take your lives back---you have the power! We love you!

I've learned to spend my farm cash wisely and specialize my farms. My home farm and winter wonderland farm are my main crop farms (625 on home, 500 on winter wonderland), each one with an unwither ring. My english countryside farm is for my trees and orchards (about 150 orchards and around 1000 single trees). My cove farm has all my animals on it (at least 3 each zoo, wildlife, aviary, livestock and pet run pens). I also have 300 crops on this farm too. My hawaiian farm has livestock and crops since the quests are still specific for only this farm, but when these farm specific quests are over it too will be specialized in some way. I find this is the easiest way for me to play and still be able to complete the quests. I don't spend farmcash on much, an occasional unwither and on new level 1 trees ( I only buy 1 each). I have only splurged on the unwither rings and on the big 25 plot combines for my home, winter wonderland and hawaiian farm. I don't buy animals as sooner or later I get most of them from the free mystery babies. I don't mind having another farm. I don't even really mind the numerous quests. I also realize that Farmville is JUST A GAME and if I can't finish a quest, or if my crops wither and die, it's not the end of the world. I also get tired, overwhelmed or just plain bored with the non stop begging and pleading to friends for items to finish this, that or the other thing that Zynga seems to insist that we must have in order to enjoy the game and have taken breaks away from playing, but I always come back, so I guess I'm a fanatic.

I like the farms. What I don't like is the non-stop quests which have not allowed me to spend any time working on my farms... other than to complete quests. So as much as I am for the next new farm (as it looks like it will be a Japanese Garden, which I have been wanting for a while now), I am annoyed that my 5 other farms are a disorganized mess because I can never finish what I am doing on them. I would get a LOT more enjoyment out of the game if I could actually finish something.

Really, enough is enough. This isn't about Zynga giving us variety...this is about Zynga making more money. With each new farm more FV Cash is purchased to buy items for that farm and new trees for that farm and animals...when is it going to be about the players (which without us Zynga would have nothing)? More and more players are quitting every day...they might just shoot themselves in the foot if they don't back off a little. Remember when the gift page was exactly that...full of gifts to send to neighbors...now it is basically building materials. If I have to build one more thing and beg and beg for parts I'll be sick. A resounding NO to any more farms.

Bring on the new farms, but get rid of the bugs before its released. A little hard work never hurt anyone its the waiting for Z to fix the problems. I used to complain to Z about bugs I had and they jumped right on it & fixed it. Now I complain, I feel like I'm being shoved aside, the rep sends me to another rep & my problem is never resolved....that sucks! I spend my money & lots of it on farm cash & when I have a problem I expect it to be fixed (not instant, but asap)! If I wanted to play a waiting game I would head back over to Frontierland or Cityville...both of which just stopped loading completely so I stopped playing ( no fault of my own, brand new pc).

I'm fine with new farms, but perhaps FV could offer a feature that allows players to accept or decline new destination farms as they are released? Players could choose to add the new farm to there drop down list or decline the addition entirely. A player could choose to reverse their decision and add the farm at a later time. Players could also be given the option of removing past destination farms once they are tired of them. Items, achievements, rewards can of course be collected or transferred to the home farm via completion of the destination farms main objective (cove, winter train station, volcano etc) and the attainment of a transfer license (which should be offered free to players on all farms after a certain period of time). Just a suggestion.

I dont know about farms, what I definitely dont like is completing all those quests on each new farm... It should be developing at will, not in a rush mode that the quest requires...

Not at all please!!! This game is becoming like a hectic burden for us now....one more farm???? we should block this game on facebook on our profiles to get rid of this and get back in our real lives and friends whom we are ignoring because of spending so much time and money on Farmville.

Have never visited the Hawaii farm and have no intention of doing so - the four I have are more than enough, I used to do all the quests but have cut back recently - too many and most of the time the rewards aren't worth all the hassle. A fifth farm - sorry Zynga, you can keep that one too!

I know that you say quests are optional...but let me tell you about a problem I had. For months and months I had the ability to transfer items between Home and England...then one day that capability stopped but there was the option to pay for it. When I contact Zynga, I was told that because I had NOT completed a quest in England when it was first introduced over a YEAR ago, my "free" access was no longer an option...and neither was completing the quests...What they did offer me was a discount on Farm Cash...ha..So as Zynga changes the rules whenever they feel like it one will never know if a quest they did not do years ago is "really" needed. I agree that Zynga should fix all the problems they have now before introducing another Farm. I have some neighbors who ask for crafting help and every time I try to help them it says that I already am helping them...how could it be this way for the last six months! The standard Zynga answer is "we are working on the issue and will email you when it is resolved". I am not holding my breath on that one.

I honestly don't want another farm. I really only use my home farm and my english farm. On the lighthouse cove I have a horse paddock and a cow pasture, but I'm Rarely there to harvest, only when there's a quest asking me to harvest two horse paddocks or so. Hawaii and Winter Wonderland I never use. If there would be a way to delete those two, I would do it. And probably the lighthouse cove too, just would move my things over to home farm...
So no thanks, not another one.

It would be nice if they would fix all the glitches before introducing a new farm. Why not make it like Farmtown. We have 13 farms, no quests and all you have to do is click on the next farm instead of traveling to another farm. Every time I have to travel, the screen goes blank and I have to reload the entire game. I won't be expanding the last three farms. Really not interested in doing so.

we have 5 farms now i think that is 2 many farmville has so many problems with freezing booting us out of out farm have to refresh all the time why not fix the problems before u work on giving us another farm and to be honest all these quests are getting to be to much why not give us a break from them for awhile

It wouldn't be so bad if not for all the bugs and issues within ALL Zynga games. The minute they introduce anything, there are always major issues. I have yet to receive the new Lighthouse Cove quests. I almost missed out on the baby blue dotted elephant, as I NEVER received the icon to herd it onto my farm, even after I reported it to Zynga (got one from a friend's feed)...and even though I like the prizes from the quests, I am tiring of them. Zynga needs to work on fixing all their issues, not on releasing ever more destination farms in the hopes of hooking new players. JMHO...but I am NOT looking forward to yet another destination farm with yet more quests...

Glad to see the negative gets more votes this time. I really don't know how new farmers manage to get anywhere - it would be overwhelming. I farm only the latest farm, with the others for quick mastery of new and/or LE crops with low mastery levels. I have tree production on one farm (winter), watering can production on two (home and England), and the fields do nothing. The home farm I sometimes use for bushel production, because I have an unwither ring there. I harvest the trees/animals on other farms because the trees do produce coconuts, and I make a few arborists and farmhands to keep up. One day I'll spend the day redecorating the England and Cove and Winter farms without fields, or a few fields for show. I don't expand the newer ones beyond 2-3 levels up.
