Should soldiers' First Amendment free speech right be restricted?
Yes. Speech restrictions are in the military code. If soldiers don't like it, they shouldn't join.
No. Soldiers are U.S. citizens first and foremost. The military will have to find other ways to deal with potential disciplinary problems.
