I congratulate all three young people who have been nominated for this honor! You are off to a bright and prosperous future! I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Anderson as he and Amber Liggett both received the 2011 Global Young Entrepreneur Award. He is a fine young man and passionate business owner. Ultimately, Amber Liggett definitely gets my vote for Teenpreneur of the year. Not only am I her mother, but a huge fan!!! I watch my fifteen-year-old work countless hours expanding her business, networking, making donations and participating in fundraisers to benefit less fortunate and children with autism. How many young people can say they've been a college instructor (teaching balloon workshops) since the age of thirteen? And Amber is the only youth serving on the Business Advisory Board for Senator Elder Vogel Jr., giving a voice to young and small business owners in Pennsylvania. Her commitment to success is as amazing as her balloon creations! See for yourself at her website: www.ambersballoons.com. Amber's business gives back to the community and evokes smiles everywhere. GOOD LUCK AMBER!!! WE'RE PROUD OF YOU!!!

I wish to thank all of the teens for using their talents and abilities to have made it this far in life. As a parent, coach, teacher and a husband I vote for anything that gives our children a bright future. I love food, I have a strong passion for the arts and I also have a small lawn service myself. I just would love to wish all three teenager well and that blessings are always from within the family/community that you surround yourself with. Strive for excellence and be blessed to open the door for other young teenagers in the future.

Healthy eating habits and a better lifestyle definitely comes before balloons and grass. Let's be smart!

While all three are impressive young entrepreneurs, Amber shows much more creativity and societal impact than her peers. Combined with the fact that she is significantly younger, I feel that her resume is more impressive.

All this young people are to be celebrated for their intiative, confidence and achievment.

Amber Liggett is remarkable in her ability to tranfrom an innate talent with balloon artistry into a functional, profitable and growth-bound business. She is masterful at varying her product by the age and interests of the audience which includes adults. Most impressive is that she educates children about the animal characters she creates for them, including the need to protect their welfare.

As a career coach, I applaud the efforts of all the Teenpreneurs on following their passion to pursue business endeavors that are meaningful and fulfilling to them. I cast my vote for Amber's Amazing Animal Balloons because they simply evoke a spirit of happiness and fun, resulting in miles of smiles on the faces of old and young alike. I am particularly impressed by the expansion of her services into storytelling, face painting, cotton candy, etc. And, her plans to expand continue with the future introduction of gel tattoos as part of her product line - - WOW!

Weeds & Moore sounds practical; plus he can sell the business after he goes to college.
