We don't think the differences in efficacy outway the costs

hospital administration limits access to pasteurized donor milk and commerically available pastuerized human milk because of cost

We don't have a breast milk bank nearby and commercial product is too expensive

Its not the costs, its getting our clinician culture to change

I don't think we've thought about it
