I see drivers every day on the way to and from work, weaving in their lane as if they were drunk. Ban all cell phone use while in a moving vehicle (pull over and stop). Isn't texting done with a cell phone ?

How about banning all intentional distractions: news paper, make up, dressing, eating, etc

Whats next ? Our civil liberties are eroded enough. Ban texting yes but a line needs to be drawn

i believe cell phones in use on a road while driving should only be legal if you have a emercency, and on these new DUI IF FOUND NOT GULITY I BELIEVE THE PERSON SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THERE LIESNCE REINSTATED THOSE LAWS NEED TO CHANGE AND HAVE NO DRIVER RECORD,SOME ONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING FOR THE INSANT THAT ARE FOUND NOT GULIT WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO PAY WHEN WE ARE FOUND NOT GULITY,FOR THE STATE TO GET RICHER IN OKLAHOMA

Texting MUST be included within any ban.
