Do you think Zimmerman's documents should be delayed?

A point I have not heard anyone make ; the party to the fatal encounter with a plain right to act under Stand Your Ground WAS TRAYVON MARTIN. He was breaking no law, nor had he been accused of doing so, anh he was where he had a faultless legal right to be.The only person under instruction to alter his conduct was Zimmermann, who had plainly been told to stop following an inoffensive citizen.Even if he struck Zimmermann, for which there is no shred of evidence, nothing but Zimmermann's unsupported testimony, he would have been justified in defending himself against one who had put him in fear for his life and safety.
