Can we stop already! I have a Daughter in fourth grade sports and we were recently hit with the "sign up for snack" e-mail. I am all done. If my Daughter only wants to do sports because of the snack then we are done with that as well. When I replied with an e-mail explain that we were not participating, I was hit with what I would call a back handed e-mail slap for not being one of the sheep.
From what I can tell it appears the twenty percent who have to have a snack for their little precious, are ruining it for the eighty percent who want to tell them to "pound sand."
Just so anyone reading this knows, I am not a complete snack Nazzi, but after second grade, I am out. I was informed by the "Professional snack Dictator that her Son gets snack in tackle football for 6th grade. I don't doubt that at all.
