Gov. Scott wants drug testing for all state employees, excluding him and his cohorts. Just the peons -- if he wants drug testing - everyone should be tested. He should not be excluded.
Certainly, they are no different than any other citizen working for a living, government employees are not special in anyway in my book. The company I worked for requires random drug testing, no big deal. It is only a problem if you use drugs.
