Why is there an obesity epidemic in America?
People eat too much and don't exercise enough
Companies market and sell food that isn't healthy and they encourage overeating
People spend too much time in front of the TV rather than lead active lives
People eat too much meat
People consume too many refined carbohydrates, especially sugar, and not enough protein and vegetables
There is no obesity epidemic
