Can employers fire you because of your online activities?
No way! Total violation of my rights! They get me from 9-5, anything outside of that is my own business.
Well, generally no. But if you start spouting off things against the company, then it's an issue.
Most things no, but if it is something in direct contradiction with the company... like that NAMBLA thing.
Oh heck yeah. Acting a fool isn't covered under Civil Rights. So shape up or don't let the door hit you on the way out!
