I get the pop up everyday I think if u click yes or no it should not come up every time you load your farm. My farm errors out every time

I was already getting the fuel boost messages when I started getting these popups on April 26. Then my email messages stopped coming. I click Yes but I get this come up every time I reload the farm since April 26. I have only gotten two messages since then for fuel boosts.
This new popup is very annoying and won't take Yes or No Thanks for an answer.
