personally could care less if they have it or not... but thing is, how do you do that and make sure you dont bother the hell outa everybody close to you? My guess is that since there are roming charges that most wouldn't use it, or it'd be a quick phonecall.

The kinds of people who will use this service are precisely the kinds of people you do not want doing so in the closed environment of an aircraft cabin. Bad idea. Very bad idea.

good idea, id love to annoy the people leaving comments on here with loud talking, get a grip, have you never had a screaming child kicking the back of your seat. Well i have and it is a far worse experience to someone making a phone call.

As well as rude people speaking loudly on the phone, what about the bright screen annoying the hell out of the person sitting next to you who is trying to get some sleep. Moreover, I hope they thought about the security risks.

What a horrible idea, I predict that there will be fighting on the planes as a result of this. I Imagine being trapped in your seat for hours next to a person who's speaking loudly about nothing in particular. Some people have no sense of decorum. To me it's a reason not to travel on Virgin.

It's the one place I can escape being constantly contactable... don't take that away!
