I hope that the rumor one is not the one to take the chair by Kelly every morning. I have watch this show way before Kelly and have always loved it, but I have had some doubts in the
choice of her co-host rumored. I will have to move on if the one rumor is selected. Sorry!

Neil Patrick Harris all the way as co-host! The last two days again, like before, he was just great: smart, good looking, nonchalant,
playful, boyish and serious, very likable, at ease, knows who he is, confident!
Kelly needs someone who is less of a "personality". They need to be able to react to Kelly, but also
aware enough to be able to discuss current events, ie Bryant Gumble. There needs to be a few intelligent moments, not just all fun and games. Thanks!

I'm really getting bored with Kelly. Not a big NO to Mark Consuelas-no-no-no. Dana Carvey, Pat Sajak, Martin Short would all be great. Looks can't be the entire issue not all pretty boys (Nick Lachey, Gerry O'Connel) have the sense of humor, ability to improvise and self depracating abilities to make it entertaining. Of course, Michael Strahan is great but he's probably way to busy. Robin Williams would be fabulous. Mike Rowe would be great too. No to Howie Mandel-too smartass.

The co-host should be either Martin Short or Howie Mandell. They are the only two who are a really good contrast to Kelly and then we wouldn't have to hear all the pregnacy stories over and over. Either of them would carry their share.

I originally thought Kelly and Mark were the best match but looking at it from a business standpoint, who would be the guest when they went on vacation. The chemistry between Jerry and Kelly is outstanding. Personally I love Cameron and wouldn't mind seeing him on a regular basis next to Kelly.

I can not believe you have not had Tony Danza as a co-host! He is handsome, funny, can sing & dance. He is VERY entertaining!! My second choice would be Mario Lopez. He has class & style like Regis and a great conversationalist not to mention great eye candy. Never get tired of looking at his face or body!!! Third choice would be Kelly's husband Mark. He & Kelly make a darling couple.

The absolute perfect co-host would be Pat Sajak, and it is time for him to move on from Wheel of Fortune and launch a new daytime career. Viewers, have you not seen him as Kelly's co-host? I know he only fills in so infrequently. From the first day Regis announced his pending retirement, Pat Sajak has been at the top of my list as the perfect replacement. He is so comfortable in front of the camera, he knows everyone and everyone knows him, he's funny and he definitely can carry on an interesting conversation as the co-host. Gelman, make an offer to Pat that he can't possibly turn down! My second choice would be Jerry Seinfeld. Everyone else that is being mentioned is a distant third, or not even on my list as a permanent co-host. It has to be someone we won't tire of after only a few weeks on air. Of all the names listed my favorite visiting co-host is Michael Strahan, but not as a permanent co-host.

Surprised at your list. Dana Carvey or Howie Mandel are entertaining. Athletes are fine, but they don't carry the show off like Regis. Need someone to draw the male audience (guys are going to watch with their wives, etc. if it's just all blah, blah, blah. Need someone with some substance, not flash. Use Mark to fill in as before, but keep looking. Always used to watch the show, now if I miss a day, it's no big deal. Line up of guests is great, but you still need someone to c0-host that can relate to all ages of guests and audience....in studio and at home. We live in Michigan and I wouldn't be enticed to go to New York just to sit in the new studio.

I think Kelly does just fine without a permanent co-host. Michael Strahan is a personal favorite, but the variety of the co-hosts is fun to watch. I like someone who doesn't take over the conversations and make it about themselves. I love John Grobin, but he seems to do that. I just love "her" show and it starts my mornings every day!

Why not just have the show "Live with Kelly?" After all, Martha Stewart, Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah have proven that a single person show can be a big winner. If there has to be a co-host, it needs to be someone who can make the events in town and can intelligently discuss them like Regis did. Kelly doesn't need an unknown or little known neophyte sitting beside her everyday. The only one out of the list that firs that co-host criteria is Mark Consuelos. He's well known, knows New Yorkers, is a good conversationalist, and can make those rounds preferably with Gelman.

Neil Patrick Harris would be my all time top choice. He and Kelly are very good together. If Mark gets the job I won't watch anymore. He is too full of himself. Besides they wouldn't have much in stories to tell. Kelly needs to have a co-host that can bring different events/stories from day to day to share. I really didn't like many of those listed on the poll except for Michael Strahan who I voted for. They seem to have fun together and he appears to be relaxed in the co-hosting role.

I think Michael Strahan would be the perfect co-host with Kelly, and they really seem to hit it off. He has a great personality, sense of humor, is a respected athlete, and I always enjoy his stories, especially about his family. Kelly seems under pressure with her husband as the co-host and Jerry O'Connell is just too silly. Josh Groban does a nice job, but Michael Strahan would be my first choice.

Kressley would also be good - like Hubby Mark, but that may be a bit to much for them and us. No women please, as the few she had on could not even say much more than "HI" or help her carry the show - Kelly was basically on her own.

I like when Mark is on once in a while but that would not be good everyday..I really like it when Michael Strahan is on.The show really clicks for me.I also enjoy Nick Lachey but he wasn't an option.

I enjoy watching Live in the mornings. I think her husband Mark would be a pretty good fit, but I don't believe it would be good for what seems to be a great marrige. My favorite would be Michael Strahan. He is funny, quick and knows when to take advanage of the moment.
The one person who would cause me to never tune in or watch the program again, would
be Carson Kressley. I turn off or change the channel from any program he is on. I cannot imagine that he is even considered for that position.

Did nobody watch when D.L. Hughley was on with her, I have watched all of her shows or at least part of them and the only one that can bring the attention off of Kelly for a little bit is D.L. he is the absolute best. Maybe he is not interested, can't say that I wouldn't blame him. I used to watch all the time with Regis, that "father/ daughter" feel was really nice. Plus there is no one like Regis, I miss him so much. Now I only watch to see who the cohost will be, and if it's not DL. I leave it. You need a calculator to count the times she uses the words "I, Me, or My". It should be called "All about Kelly" not worth my time, even though I liked her a lot with Regis, by herself she is just a bore.

I like the chemistry between Kelly & Michael Strahan. I also like Josh Groban. Anderson Cooper would be good too because he's kind of cranky like Regis. Jerry O'Connell is too silly and I'm not a fan of a husband and wife show. I like Mark a lot, but not every day. Kelly seems to have pressure on her to carry the show most of the time. She needs a partner with a lot of strong-quiet personality to offset her bubbly-ness. I really like Michael Strahan the best...he's intelligent, funny, has great stories, and is a good balance with Kelly. She seems less pressured when he's the co-host.

Love Neil Patrick Harris and Anderson Cooper, both are quick witted and get along great with Kelly. Dont' think it would be a good idea for Mark to be there every day, but they are great together. Both my husband and I used to love Live, but now we realize how important Regis was to the success of the show. HIs grouchiness was a good companion to Kelly's quick witted humor. Now she has no one to bounce off and is way too into herself. None of the guest hosts can even hold a candle to Reg. We liked the guy who is on Community-Joel McHale, but he probably can't do it. Otherwise, Nick Lachey may work. We have a feeling that the show is on its way out...too bad, it was our favorite way to start the day.

Josh Grobin is by far the best with Michael a close second. Mark is good but that would
destroy their marriage. Nick Lachey is by far one of the worst, empty headed, but so
are some others. Derek Hough is also right up there, maybe #3 however I doubt he
would leave DWTS.
Kelly needs a strong side kick Josh, Michael or Derek could handle this.

I think Josh Grobin is by far the best. Very relaxed and natural and intelligent. Please, please not pick Jerry O'Connell or Nick Lachey. They both are trying way to hard. I love Mark but they are cute together occasionally not on a day to day basis. I really liked Kelly and Anderson Cooper, but I guess he is not interested. Michael Strahan is real good, too but I don't like the overdone flirting. I also really liked Cameron Mathieon but he needs to be on more with Kelly so we can really give him a chance!! All in all, no one can really replace Regis. It's just not the same.
Keep looking but get someone soon because, I too check to see who the cohost is and if I don't care for him. I don't watch.

He is a little older than the other guys...he already has a family so he won't have to be dealing with new babies like Nick Lachey. Mark is adorable but he will not do on a daily basis. Kelly & he would be divorced before the end of the year. Josh Groban is good but I don't think I could look at him everyday. No Offense. Nick on the other hand is to pretty probably could outshine Kelly in the looks department. Michael Strahan for sure. Lived in NJ and played for the NYG. Has a fan base of men and women ans is a breath of fresh air. Brings diversity to the audience and homeviewers which is sorely needed. Haven't watched that much since Regis left as he was the core of the show. He was funny, grumpy and always complaining. I watched him from his first day. Kelly is likeable but too much about her skinny body. Are the viewers the only ones that see her fading away. She wears her clothes like a hanger. She was once very pretty. Anyhow, like Seth Meyers and loved Jimmy Kimmel today. I watch his show. I also think Chris Cuomo is extra likeable and a family person as another commented. Perhaps as a lawyer and news commentator he is not interested but why not as a guest host. Michael Strahan is the man who can keep Kelly from talking too much and stupid struting around. He gives a reason to stay tuned.

Nick Lachey or Michael Strahan are my 2 favorites. They are willing to do anything and are so funny and always smiling. I love the chemistry with Kelly and Nick or with Michael. I would be happy with either one of them. Why was Nick not on the list? There are some on the list that would really hurt the show if they were on all the time. I like Mark but it is just not as good as it is when Nick or Michael are on. Jerry isn't as good as he was when he was first on. He is getting too goofy.

Michael Strahan all the way. The chemistry, humor and the fact that he could put Kelly in a headlock and give her a noogy, too funny. I loved Regis with Kelly and Kathie Lee. He's moved on......and so should we. I think people are being too hard on Kelly. She's had to take on alot since Regis left and I think she's doing fabulous. What's wrong with her hair? Is your hair perfect? Do you have to style it everyday according to how someone else thinks you should? She talks about herself too much......seriously? That was the great thing Regis and his co-host always did. We watch because we love hearing about "Mr. Trouble" and "The son who shall not be named" and all the other stories they had to tell. Michael brings a new and fresh prospective to the show. He's not Hollywood. He's down to earth just like Kelly. He has life stories just like Regis. Anderson Cooper.......love him, but, he's busy. Mark Consuelos........love him, but, family vacations ..... I do adore Neil Patrick Harris and think he would be fabulous. I don't think Jerry O'Connell would be a good choice at all. He seems too Hollywood and not the "right stuff". No matter who the new co-host will be, I will continue to watch and support them.

I was one of the biggest fans of Live With Regis and Kelly (and Regis and Kathie Lee) and was so disappointed when Regis left. Kelly has done a good job carrying on, but I definitely don't agree with any of the above choices. They are all too young or lack personality. Kelly needs a co-host who is older, knowledgeable in all areas, has a terrific sense of humor and can bicker back and forth with Kelly - sounds like Regis, and that's why the show worked so well for the 13 years Kelly has been co-host. The last time Alec Baldwin was on came the closest to being a perfect match for Kelly!!!!! Please, please don't choose Jerry McConnell - he is so silly, but, alas, seems to be winning the most votes!!!!!!

My favorites so far, in no particular order are Josh Groben, Michael Strahan and Mark Consuelos. I was tired of the constant response by Regis which was predictable. Kelly makes it very unpredictable and she ad libs better than any one on TV today!

I belive that Kelly would best with either Jerry O'connell or Josh Grobin they both have a magic rapore with Kelly.
I hope that the rumor one is not the one to take the chair by Kelly every morning. I have watch this show way before Kelly and have always loved it, but I have had some doubts in the
choice of her co-host rumored. I will have to move on if the one rumor is selected. Sorry!

Kelly needs someone who is less of a "personality". They need to be able to react to Kelly, but also
aware enough to be able to discuss current events, ie Bryant Gumble. There needs to be a few intelligent moments, not just all fun and games. Thanks!
There would not be enough variety if Mark C. was on all the time with Kelly. I think Michael S. has a great sense of humor and is interesting. Why did his number go down instead of up on the voting chart?
I'm really getting bored with Kelly. Not a big NO to Mark Consuelas-no-no-no. Dana Carvey, Pat Sajak, Martin Short would all be great. Looks can't be the entire issue not all pretty boys (Nick Lachey, Gerry O'Connel) have the sense of humor, ability to improvise and self depracating abilities to make it entertaining. Of course, Michael Strahan is great but he's probably way to busy. Robin Williams would be fabulous. Mike Rowe would be great too. No to Howie Mandel-too smartass.
Michael Strahan and Kelly are great together. Nothing against Mark, but I don't think a husband and wife team is a good idea. Love watching the show, the variety of co-hosts has been fun.
The co-host should be either Martin Short or Howie Mandell. They are the only two who are a really good contrast to Kelly and then we wouldn't have to hear all the pregnacy stories over and over. Either of them would carry their share.
I originally thought Kelly and Mark were the best match but looking at it from a business standpoint, who would be the guest when they went on vacation. The chemistry between Jerry and Kelly is outstanding. Personally I love Cameron and wouldn't mind seeing him on a regular basis next to Kelly.

I can not believe you have not had Tony Danza as a co-host! He is handsome, funny, can sing & dance. He is VERY entertaining!! My second choice would be Mario Lopez. He has class & style like Regis and a great conversationalist not to mention great eye candy. Never get tired of looking at his face or body!!! Third choice would be Kelly's husband Mark. He & Kelly make a darling couple.
I think Martin Short would be a good match. When he hosted with Kelly he kept it light.
The absolute perfect co-host would be Pat Sajak, and it is time for him to move on from Wheel of Fortune and launch a new daytime career. Viewers, have you not seen him as Kelly's co-host? I know he only fills in so infrequently. From the first day Regis announced his pending retirement, Pat Sajak has been at the top of my list as the perfect replacement. He is so comfortable in front of the camera, he knows everyone and everyone knows him, he's funny and he definitely can carry on an interesting conversation as the co-host. Gelman, make an offer to Pat that he can't possibly turn down! My second choice would be Jerry Seinfeld. Everyone else that is being mentioned is a distant third, or not even on my list as a permanent co-host. It has to be someone we won't tire of after only a few weeks on air. Of all the names listed my favorite visiting co-host is Michael Strahan, but not as a permanent co-host.

Surprised at your list. Dana Carvey or Howie Mandel are entertaining. Athletes are fine, but they don't carry the show off like Regis. Need someone to draw the male audience (guys are going to watch with their wives, etc. if it's just all blah, blah, blah. Need someone with some substance, not flash. Use Mark to fill in as before, but keep looking. Always used to watch the show, now if I miss a day, it's no big deal. Line up of guests is great, but you still need someone to c0-host that can relate to all ages of guests and audience....in studio and at home. We live in Michigan and I wouldn't be enticed to go to New York just to sit in the new studio.
We miss Regis SO MUCH! The chemistry was having the generation gap plus his great wit & down-to-earth style. Please add another relatively conservative male to this liberal female! Hardly watch anymore.
I think Kelly does just fine without a permanent co-host. Michael Strahan is a personal favorite, but the variety of the co-hosts is fun to watch. I like someone who doesn't take over the conversations and make it about themselves. I love John Grobin, but he seems to do that. I just love "her" show and it starts my mornings every day!
Why not just have the show "Live with Kelly?" After all, Martha Stewart, Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah have proven that a single person show can be a big winner. If there has to be a co-host, it needs to be someone who can make the events in town and can intelligently discuss them like Regis did. Kelly doesn't need an unknown or little known neophyte sitting beside her everyday. The only one out of the list that firs that co-host criteria is Mark Consuelos. He's well known, knows New Yorkers, is a good conversationalist, and can make those rounds preferably with Gelman.

I never miss a show when Michael Strahan is co- host! The chemistry between him and Kelly is fantastic and he has all of the attributes needed for keeping a daily show from becoming boring! Please..............make it Michael.
Why can't Regis come in once or twice a week? We really miss Regis . Beg him to come back part time .

Neil Patrick Harris would be my all time top choice. He and Kelly are very good together. If Mark gets the job I won't watch anymore. He is too full of himself. Besides they wouldn't have much in stories to tell. Kelly needs to have a co-host that can bring different events/stories from day to day to share. I really didn't like many of those listed on the poll except for Michael Strahan who I voted for. They seem to have fun together and he appears to be relaxed in the co-hosting role.
Love Josh Grobin and Kelly together....please let it be Josh!....talented, intelligent, funny and cute!
I think Michael Strahan would be the perfect co-host with Kelly, and they really seem to hit it off. He has a great personality, sense of humor, is a respected athlete, and I always enjoy his stories, especially about his family. Kelly seems under pressure with her husband as the co-host and Jerry O'Connell is just too silly. Josh Groban does a nice job, but Michael Strahan would be my first choice.
Kelly is a wonderful person - but needs a steady co-host. I love Michael Strahan, but what about Tony Danza? Haven't even seen him as a co-host. C. Kressley would also be good - like Hubby Mark, but that may be a bit to much for them and us. No women please, as the few she had on could not even say much more than "HI" or help her carry the show - Kelly was basically on her own.
Howie Mandel is a great co-host. He's funny, he's confidant, he's riveting, and he is intelligent. That is so important.
I like Nick Lachey best of the names that would probably be available. Please...no, no, no to Jerry O'Connell! I would not watch if he was the permanent host.

I really enjoy watching Live With Kelly especially since Regis left.He was way overdue! Jerry O'Connell would not be my choice either. I like when Mark is on once in a while but that would not be good everyday..I really like it when Michael Strahan is on.The show really clicks for me.I also enjoy Nick Lachey but he wasn't an option.
I enjoy watching Live in the mornings. I think her husband Mark would be a pretty good fit, but I don't believe it would be good for what seems to be a great marrige. My favorite would be Michael Strahan. He is funny, quick and knows when to take advanage of the moment.
The one person who would cause me to never tune in or watch the program again, would
be Carson Kressley. I turn off or change the channel from any program he is on. I cannot imagine that he is even considered for that position.
What about Chris Harrison? He may be too busy, but he would be great! Michael Strahan tries too hard, Nick Lachey is boring. Anderson Cooper,Neil Patrick Harris and Josh Groban would be great, but are too busy also. How about Jesse Palmer?

Did nobody watch when D.L. Hughley was on with her, I have watched all of her shows or at least part of them and the only one that can bring the attention off of Kelly for a little bit is D.L. he is the absolute best. Maybe he is not interested, can't say that I wouldn't blame him. I used to watch all the time with Regis, that "father/ daughter" feel was really nice. Plus there is no one like Regis, I miss him so much. Now I only watch to see who the cohost will be, and if it's not DL. I leave it. You need a calculator to count the times she uses the words "I, Me, or My". It should be called "All about Kelly" not worth my time, even though I liked her a lot with Regis, by herself she is just a bore.
Michael Strahan or Nick Lachey. Not Jerry O'Connell.
I love Nick Lachey or Josh Grobin they get along so well and enteract with the guest and don't mind getting in there with all the crazy stunts, some of the guest don't seem to want to get involved.

I like the chemistry between Kelly & Michael Strahan. I also like Josh Groban. Anderson Cooper would be good too because he's kind of cranky like Regis. Jerry O'Connell is too silly and I'm not a fan of a husband and wife show. I like Mark a lot, but not every day. Kelly seems to have pressure on her to carry the show most of the time. She needs a partner with a lot of strong-quiet personality to offset her bubbly-ness. I really like Michael Strahan the best...he's intelligent, funny, has great stories, and is a good balance with Kelly. She seems less pressured when he's the co-host.

Love Neil Patrick Harris and Anderson Cooper, both are quick witted and get along great with Kelly. Dont' think it would be a good idea for Mark to be there every day, but they are great together. Please.....Not Nick Lachey or Jerry O'Connell and Michael Strahan is good, but just don't see him there long term. Howie Mandell and Dana Carvey are also great choices, but not on the list.
No one will ever replace Regis. Of the ones you have had on your show as guest host to date I am not thrilled with any of them. If these are the only choice I am voting for your husband Mark.
My advise is to keep looking.
Both my husband and I used to love Live, but now we realize how important Regis was to the success of the show. HIs grouchiness was a good companion to Kelly's quick witted humor. Now she has no one to bounce off and is way too into herself. None of the guest hosts can even hold a candle to Reg. We liked the guy who is on Community-Joel McHale, but he probably can't do it. Otherwise, Nick Lachey may work. We have a feeling that the show is on its way out...too bad, it was our favorite way to start the day.

Josh Grobin is by far the best with Michael a close second. Mark is good but that would
destroy their marriage. Nick Lachey is by far one of the worst, empty headed, but so
are some others. Derek Hough is also right up there, maybe #3 however I doubt he
would leave DWTS.

michael strahan and kelly have chemistry together. much more so than any of the others. if michael gelman (show producer?) chooses anyone else,he should have his head examined!kelly's husband should be the LAST person considered as a host. yes they are married, but they don't have half the TV chemistry that she and Michael Strahan do.
Nick Lachey is a natural...personality and singer and good chemistry with Kelly (like Regis), good humor and father-to-be.

All in all, no one can really replace Regis. It's just not the same.

Nick Lachey to terrific, can do it all and is a good balance for Kelly, he is my TOP choice and would definitely win if he were on the list of choices. Michael Strahan for sure. Lived in NJ and played for the NYG. Has a fan base of men and women ans is a breath of fresh air. Brings diversity to the audience and homeviewers which is sorely needed. Haven't watched that much since Regis left as he was the core of the show. He was funny, grumpy and always complaining. I watched him from his first day. Kelly is likeable but too much about her skinny body. Are the viewers the only ones that see her fading away. She wears her clothes like a hanger. She was once very pretty. Anyhow, like Seth Meyers and loved Jimmy Kimmel today. I watch his show. I also think Chris Cuomo is extra likeable and a family person as another commented. Perhaps as a lawyer and news commentator he is not interested but why not as a guest host. Michael Strahan is the man who can keep Kelly from talking too much and stupid struting around. He gives a reason to stay tuned.

Nick Lachey or Michael Strahan are my 2 favorites. They are willing to do anything and are so funny and always smiling. I love the chemistry with Kelly and Nick or with Michael. I would be happy with either one of them. Why was Nick not on the list? There are some on the list that would really hurt the show if they were on all the time. I like Mark but it is just not as good as it is when Nick or Michael are on. Jerry isn't as good as he was when he was first on. He is getting too goofy.

Josh Groban is by far the best, but he didn't make your list! I wasn't even a fan of his before he co-hosted, but would now watch every day if he was on the show. I think Kelly shares fun stuff about herself, as she always did, as a friend would if you conversing. The guest co-host format is still working, and allows us to see more variety--why change that?
By far the best choice would be Neil Patrick Harris. Maybe you could keep doing what you're doing until he is free.. Kelly does need to have someone who has a lot of life experience above and beyond family and self.
Michael Strahan all the way. The chemistry, humor and the fact that he could put Kelly in a headlock and give her a noogy, too funny. I loved Regis with Kelly and Kathie Lee. He's moved on......and so should we. I think people are being too hard on Kelly. She's had to take on alot since Regis left and I think she's doing fabulous. What's wrong with her hair? Is your hair perfect? Do you have to style it everyday according to how someone else thinks you should? She talks about herself too much......seriously? That was the great thing Regis and his co-host always did. We watch because we love hearing about "Mr. Trouble" and "The son who shall not be named" and all the other stories they had to tell. Michael brings a new and fresh prospective to the show. He's not Hollywood. He's down to earth just like Kelly. He has life stories just like Regis. Anderson Cooper.......love him, but, he's busy. Mark Consuelos........love him, but, family vacations ..... I do adore Neil Patrick Harris and think he would be fabulous. I don't think Jerry O'Connell would be a good choice at all. He seems too Hollywood and not the "right stuff". No matter who the new co-host will be, I will continue to watch and support them.
My pick for Michael Strahan is based on his great personality , ability to ad lib, he's a family man and offers a strong manly balance, and alternate perspective without seeming condescending. In order to watch Kelly I would like to see Howie Mandell co-host. He is funny, intelligent and shuts Kelly up at times. Go-o-o-o Howie Mandell.

I was one of the biggest fans of Live With Regis and Kelly (and Regis and Kathie Lee) and was so disappointed when Regis left. Kelly has done a good job carrying on, but I definitely don't agree with any of the above choices. They are all too young or lack personality. Kelly needs a co-host who is older, knowledgeable in all areas, has a terrific sense of humor and can bicker back and forth with Kelly - sounds like Regis, and that's why the show worked so well for the 13 years Kelly has been co-host. The last time Alec Baldwin was on came the closest to being a perfect match for Kelly!!!!! Please, please don't choose Jerry McConnell - he is so silly, but, alas, seems to be winning the most votes!!!!!!
