Call centers operate in shifts so there is high attrition
Recruiters do not have tools to discriminate between who will stay and who will not
Call centers do not pay well
Call center jobs are high pressure jobs and so there is high attrition
Recruiters do not have access to credible analysis / knowledge of hirable profiles ( most Six Sigma Projects have failed !)
Call Center agents are immature and so there is high attrition
