I voted that I felt he was technically right, but all things considered, it's the whole entitlement mentality of people like him that drive me up a wall! Just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD. Whatever happened to sleeping on an airplane? How about just looking out the window? Am I too old fashioned to think that just because there's wi-fi, you don't have to use it? Don't get me wrong, I love me some Gogo (and use it often), but I won't be calling home while I soaring high above the Rockies. The views are too good! Part of flying is the enjoyment of being disconnected for a while. Eh, it's a hopeless battle we're fighting, Benet...really great post, by the way.
