it is like some figures with influence powers wants to settle their sinister ill induced motives with the daring reporter..i think mohamed can be legaly be sued when the police find a very substainial answers for the following quariums 1.Why are the charges against Mohammed being preferred now?
2.Was the phone reported missing @ the said time?
    3. For a man of Mohammed’s caliber, one who knows his face is known all over Kenya, is a leading shop in a busy Nairobi street the best place to ‘steal’ a phone…would he take such a risk?
    4. Did a phone theft investigation have to take a whole 10 months before the ‘thief’ is identified?
    5. Could someone be having a score to settle with Mohammed?
Is someone trying to assassinate his character and/or credibility in light of future expose’s?

If U can't beat him, join him. Mohamed Ali has been on da eve of curbin criminal malpractices such as corruptio n murder. The police have been avictim of this, and because they were not happy with his work and da truth they failed to come clean and beat da investigative journalist fairly. Instead they joined hm in his investigation only to charge him unfairly. Surely is there freedom of journalism work in Kenya or is Kenya a media compliant?

The fon issue is apparently the only way the police are eating frm nowadays. this maybe a well coordinated game. it happened to my friend recently, the fon was taken, paid a certain amount of fine(direct to a few officers in the name of asiende andani) and still never saw the owner of the fon, and they still call him for more money to prevent the case frm going 'further'.... achana tu na polish wetu
