Demi lovato deserves a lot more money than 1 million all Britney does is sit and stare at the people singing then copy of what another judge says i think demi should be getting paid 15 million and Britney should be getting paid 1 million

I think Demi is doing a great job giving constructive feedback and comments with substance. Alice, I totally agree with you! I was SO shocked they didn't select Jeremy Gutt. I really don't know what they're looking for. And JB, good point! So true.

Britney does not deserve her salary of $15 million what a joke! Her comments are repetitious and does not make any sense. Poor Demi Lovato got $1 million, lets just hope she'll make it up by appearing on other tv shows. Christina Aguilera who is a judge in the Voice also only get $10 million and this girl deserves it and should get a lot more. She is a true singer and knows what she's talking about when she gives her feedback to the contestants. Simon, wake up your ratings is not much higher from last season so bring back Paula, she may act a little strange sometimes but she's really good and a lot more fun than that boring Britney.
Also, I hope LA Reid will sign Jeffrey Adam Guttt, he's cute and boy can he sing. He gives me goose bumps with his incredible voice, he rocks!

it is unbelievable that Demi Lovato's salary is 14 million less than Britney Spears who is not a true singer but a dancer. Her singing voice sounds funny and less to be desired, her comments as a judge on xfactor does not make any sense. As for Demi, she is very young but can actually sing and makes a lot more sense with her comments when she gives her critiquing to the contestants. So the difference between the two women's salary is unfair and a slap in the face to Demi. Shame on you Simon. Britney should stick to dancing, that's all she's good for!
