Many people on Facebook have already made this comment. This question is phrased incredibly biased. Any stay at home parent should not be asking "permission" to use a credit card/ or for accessing a checking account. Instead their should be a healthy dialogue of expenses and income and together they should each be aware of a manageable financial arrangement. I am sorry if those types of things weren't discussed before those individuals became a stay at home parent that was poor financial planning for the short term and long term household budgets.
