Well, they might camp anywhere that it's legal, as I've been doing year-round in Boulder and its environs for over 4 years now. I have no desire to sleep in any city park with a bunch of drunks; it should be prohibited there!
Just curious. If camping is banned, where will all the homeless sleep?
