Josh was awesome until he got too gospelly with the music. He couldn't seem to be able to control that part of him. Although he's a very good singer, with no control, unfortunately he'll only be able to sing gospel music. I thought his song with Fantasia was horrible!! If he can control that part of him, even I will listen to his music.

It has been outrageous to me to see Josh go . I agree with the holders of the opinion that Am Idol voted the gentleman out. This is all about music not looks . Let's close eyes a lil bit to just enjoy that powerful and expressive voice flowing out of him . Were Am idol just broadcasted without anybody basing on looks, I believe Josh would stay.
I kinda felt bad because I did not vote, but forget it. It is useless anyway. Josh and Jessica; way to go .....

joshua is not gay for one thing. the songs that they made him choose made him look gay. i used to hate him, but now he got so much better, and honestly, Jessica should've gone home. if it weren't for the judges, she would of gone home a long time ago

Josh Ledet should have never been voted off. He is one of the best American Idol has ever seen.
It truly was the producers of the show who voted Josh off because America is not ready for a gay
idol. Let's not forget what the president of the United States recently said. Remember Adam Lambert deserved to win too. How clever Idol was to bring Adam on
the day they knew they would be voting Josh off, only to remind America why Josh could not

I think at this point it really comes down to "young girl" votes. Do I think Josh was the best? No doubt but i didn't vote (maybe im too lazy) he is the best performer and an Amazing singer!!! Yet the votes are unfair due to who's really voting. The last five kids were amazing singers and we'll be sure to hear more of them in all in the future. Will miss Josh the most!!! Maybe I'll start to vote again.

josh is the best singer on american idol besides jessica. it happen again just like deodre the boy can sing anything. i dont think american know what good sanging is, cause they all got it wrong. all i can say is they didnt want josh to win cause i am not going to say it, but you figure it out. Josh i am from Houma la. and i think u are an amazing singer. we all love you in louisiana and no matter what people think, you are my idol and a wonderful singer. Go get your record deal, at least you are going to make those big bucks. Now even though you didnt win, to those who didnt vote for Josh at least he is going to make what you dont have, a lot of money. NOW HOW YOU YOU LIKE JOSH NOW!
