Should employers be banned from dismissing workers on sick leave?

    FMLA is what it is. It has to have limits, or an employer would have to save your job for you forever. I think 12 weeks is a reasonable limit. I thought it used to be 10 weeks.

    I was recently let go for an illness, it is unfair and I contacted a lawyer. His name is Scott Crowely @ Crowley & Crowley he is good and will help her!

    But we all know that it is going to happen. When they have heartless souls and only care about the bottom line; this is how the treat people.
