Did I read this statement correct?........Nelson said that it could cut down on about 90 percent of the discipline appeals dealing with alcohol. Does that translate to "cutting back on paperwork for the school board?"
Is someone over looking the fact that many students drive to school? Is that factor being taken into consideration that not only may the student possessing, selling or distributing but in their body to be a danger to everyone on the road?
Also it is doubtful that any student in the school system is 21 years old or older so can we say "illegal?"
