Cell phones may be a part of our lives in 2012 but they are not important enough for 24/7. I can't imagine being a teacher and having to put up with students text messaging each other across the room. Limit the use and let the schools get back to being schools not day care centers for spoiled kids. Teach the kids about the real world. Not many employers allow cell phones on the job except for emergencies. I have seen people fired for excessive use at their desks. Work is work, school is school and socializing is socializing.
