Professional: you are certified and make a living with fitness. basically you know what you are doing and are trained to show others how to do it.
Advanced: you have been participating in fitness activity for extensive periods of time, work out routinely and have increased intensity of the workouts. basically you know what you need to do.
Intermediate: you are familiar with the various exercises and programs, work out intermittently, and with moderate intensity. basically you do it in moderation.
Beginner: you are learning the various exercises and programs, rarely or ever work out routinely at low intensity. basically you are starting brand new.
