Absolutely not. Angela shouldn't rely on Charity for her schedule, she needs to keep up to date with it.

No it's not and Charity should have made sure Angela was available for this appointment.

Even if no one is to blame, it is definitely unacceptable.

It happens sometimes, no big deal.
