I'd try to sign Penner back if we can shed some salary. Horcs, Smyth, Belanger, MAYBE Hemsky (If the offer was right).

I would think that this was a good trade for both clubs. It gave us a young player with great potential and will surely be a a stand out defencemen with Fedun returning also. Penner now a free agent will surely be resigned and will help any club if only he would play inspired hockey all the time ,not only on his contract year (like so many others)!

Not really fair to measure this way, x body for y body. You have to remember that DP is UFA now, and
CT and OK are tied up for years. That is the piece of info that needs to be considered.
