Please keep in mind that the President's ECONOMIC proposals to invest in infrastructure (roads, highways, bridges, schools, etc.), education (hiring good teachers), and energy would be excellent investments that would put 1-2 million people to work. This would be a big boost to the economy.
It's the extremist (Tea-Party) in the Republican Party who have know interest in seeing the economy improve or lives improve through gainful employment. Their intent is to OBSTRUCT, so that the President and his administration have no chance of winning re-election. As a matter of fact, they are doing everything in their power to ensure that nothing improves under this President, even if they are great ideas.
Simply put, they are willing to let our ECONOMY go down in ruins as long as this President does not win re-election. Sad but true. We all no what time it is.
