Where's Virgin America? They're my absolute favorite and the one to beat. None of the others compare.

its really hard to judge "favorites" by this poll as 228 total votes is pretty small..apart from high fares on tickets and baggage fees,the attitude of employees is a big factor with whomever you fly..airlines do not emphasize the importance of sincere apologies,a smiling face,a knowledgeable answer, and just serious" i will treat you like i would want to be treated" anymore..that has gone by the wayside with pushing for ontime departures,my company mistreats me,i dont make enough money so who cares attitude..you get this from all of them,even the smaller carriers and yes, even the much touted southwest airlines.. "the thrill is gone" as they say...
