In response to Joe Klovance's comment, I agree there is some truth in what he says, but it is also true that people who respond to such a poll care enough to cast a ballot and that they are also almost certainly the ones most affected and that their vote has true validity.

This is an unscientific poll as the respondents are not randomly selected. It is possible for a small number of interested parties to skew the results. These kinds of polls are notorious for not showing actual opinion of the general population.
