What's your take on food trucks in Grand Rapids?
Gotta have 'em. From what I see on TV, all the cool cities have food trucks.
Gross! If I want a hot dog on a stick, I'll go to the county fair.
They'll ruin downtown. It's not fair for permanent restaurants to compete with fly-by-night food vendors.
They are the epitome of economic development. Food-truck kitchens will innovate our collective palate.
What do I care? I'm content with McDonald's and Applebee's.
