What should I keep on the top of my mind at all times?
Maintain 8 METs h/w as last week. Otherwise, I'm falling behind my goals for the month and week.
Try to reach 8 METs h/w with 90 minutes cycling in the evening and 30 minutes aerobics. 24 minutes was done June 20, 2012.
Don't strain your muscles. The ten METs h/w will come once I get used to the aerobics workout.
