Uhm, without a doubt, YES!! Remember when Sizzler first came out and the steaks were a normal size (not the crazy 1.5 inch by 4 inch strip they SWEAR is 6 or 8 oz....., but I digress) and the fried shrimp had more shrimp than breading? That was THE place to bring home some plates of fried shrimp, fresh fruit, yummy cheesy garlic bread. The usual drill was to bring along some ziplock bags or aluminum foil......lol! Now, they are nice enough to give you some small to go containers....just fill up on that shrimp before you bounce! :)

I remember when I first joined the military and to save money me and my boys would go to Golden Corral or Old Country Buffet and spend 3 or 4 hour hours there. we would get there at noon eat our fill, chill, talk, make nice with the staff and eat again. those were hard time but im greatful to have that exerience.

I have never taken food from a buffet. But my wife and my mother in-law always make sure that they shove a few cookies into their purses before we leave. I can't make them stop, no matter how many disapproving looks I give them.
