I'm have been doing fireworks for forty years and none of my dogs have a problem with fireworks!!

Our dog is scared to death from the "war zone" created by the legalization of fireworks. We need to sedate him, and those meds are NOT free. Who can I send the medication bills to for reimbursement? If the state is making all this money from firework sales, I want my dog's vet bills paid out of that?
